I think the tuning in the original recording must have been a half-step above concert pitch.  The previous tabs, though very accurate, are akward to play in standard concert tuning.  Unless your only aim is to play along with Bowie's recording, here's the sensible way to play the song.

Note: Since these are all very basic open chords, you can easily add some embelishments that serve as fine substitutions for some of the electronic notes that help give this song it's signature sound.  For instance; you can flat pick individual notes during the chord progression in the Intro and between the verses to somewhat simulate the pinging  synth notes.  You can also do a bass walk-up on the A string between the Em and C chords in the verses, starting with open A then B then the bass note for the C chord.  Another thing I do is to actuate the creepy spoken part in the background  of the "I never did anything out of the blue woh-oh-ho" line by hammering the A note from open G in the D chord at the end of the line to simulate the "woh-oh-ho" in the background.
